Mikhail Dvornikov was born on December 10th, 1971 in Moscow. In 1987 Mikhail Dvornikov successfully finished the secondary school.
After finishing a technical vocational school ¹ 179 in Moscow, Mikhail Dvornikov began his professional career. From 1990 to 1992 he served in the military.
Since 1992 Mikhail Dvornikov is the owner of the Austrian financial-industrial group EA Asset Management-Consulting GmbH, which conducts its business in Europe and Russia. The company has its offices in Vienna and Moscow.
Mikhail Dvornikov holds two higher education degree diplomas in Law and Economics. Mikhail Dvornikov was awarded of "Doctor of Sciences" degree corresponding to the German academic qualification «Habilitation».
Married, two daughters. The elder daughter is studying international relations and diplomacy, the younger goes to school.
